"Membership has definitely been worth it"
I joined the Dobbies membership and, it’s been handy. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so popping in for a wander and getting a free drink has actually made my visits feel a bit more like a little break. The discounts are nice too, especially when I’m picking up plants or random garden bits. It’s easy to use and there’s no hassle, which I really appreciate.

"Really easy site to use"
I was really happy with how easy Dobbies was to use. Everything felt laid out in a sensible way, and I could find the plants and garden bits I wanted without having to click around forever.
The checkout was straightforward too, with no confusing steps or annoying pop-ups getting in the way. It worked smoothly on my phone as well, so overall I was really pleased with the experience and would definitely use it again.

"Showed up on time, which honestly surprised me"
I was half expecting the delivery to be late or for something to go wrong, but it actually turned up right when they said it would. No hassle, no chasing anyone, which is a nice change. Still, I always feel like deliveries can go sideways easily, so I was just glad this one didn’t.

"Plants were alright, just not wow"
I ordered a few plants and most of them looked good when they showed up. One was kinda tired looking tho, and a bit smaller than I thought it’d be. Not terrible or anything, just expected them to be a little nicer overall.

"Really happy with it, even with the delay"
Ordered from dobbies.com and paid for the assembly too. The lads who came out were really friendly and got everything set up properly, so I can’t complain there. They did turn up later than expected, which was a bit annoying at the time, but once it was all done I felt good about the whole thing. Just one of those experiences where it wasn’t perfect, but I’d still use them again.

"Refund sorted faster than I expected"
I was already bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth with customer service, but the refund was handled really quickly. Money came back with no fuss, which was a relief because I just didn’t have the energy for another drawn-out support process.

The furniture was just alright overall. I still have the receipt and order emails, and for what I paid, I expected the quality to be a little better. It looks fine, but it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I hoped.

"Nice lunch, though felt a bit rushed"
Stopped at dobbies for lunch and the food was really lovely. I had a fresh toastie, the cake was great, and the coffee tasted good too. It did feel a little like I was under pressure to decide quickly because it was busy, but overall I enjoyed it and would happily stop there again.

I checked dobbies.com before heading out, as I’d already made a coffee and was trying to be organised for once, and was pleased to see the plants and compost I wanted were in stock. It made the trip so much easier and saved me driving over for nothing. The site was straightforward to use too, which is always a bonus when you’re just trying to get a few garden bits sorted.

"Good lunch, but the wait was a bit ridiculous"
Stopped in for lunch and overall had a nice time. The food was really tasty, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the wait, which felt a bit ridiculous for a lunch visit, but it didn’t ruin the meal. I’d still go back.

I had a question about my plant order, so I emailed Dobbies expecting I’d probably have to wait a while. To be fair, they replied much quicker than I thought, and it actually felt like they’d read my message properly rather than sending some generic response.
They got the issue sorted the same day, and the person I dealt with was friendly and helpful. For me, that kind of service makes a difference, and I’d say dobbies.com is definitely good value for the hassle-free experience

"Fast and hassle-free delivery"
I ordered a couple of things and they arrived really quickly. I got updates along the way, and the parcel turned up exactly when they said it would. No fuss, no chasing around. i was just happy it didn’t sit around for days like it sometimes does with other places.

i mean, I was happy with my order from dobbies.com. I picked up a few bits and the prices seemed really fair compared to other garden sites I’ve used. The plants turned up looking healthy, delivery was fine, and overall it felt like good value. I’d definitely use them again.

I popped into Dobbies this week and, i was impressed with how clean it all was. The floors were tidy, the tables looked like they’d been wiped down properly, and even the toilets were in good condition, which, you know, isn’t always the case in busy shops. Everything just felt well looked after and easy to walk around. Overall, yeah, it was a nice visit and I’ve got no complaints.

I bought a dobbies gift card for my mum and, to be fair, the whole thing was straightforward. The email came through quickly and she had no issues using it in store, which was a relief. It did what I needed it to do for a last-minute gift. That said, I’ve become a bit wary with gift cards in general lately, so even though this went smoothly, I probably wouldn’t feel completely relaxed until I knew it had actually worked...
